Here is a picture of the 50 Year old Bay window
Window was removed and placed in a pile in the driveway for me to take to the dump.
Window in place - just needs finishing
Window was the same width, but a few inches shorter. Had to put 2x4's under the new window. This raised the bottom of the window up, Cynders is NOT Happy!

Hallway carpet facing the Dining Room
Carpet was pulled up in the hallway and most of the dining room. Had a ton of staples to remove from the padding under the carpet.

This is the difference between the old floor and now without any finish.
Julie Spent all day painting the Hallway, Dining Room and Front Window. Here is a shot as I took a break from sanding.
Yet another shot of the difference of the floor. I didn't feel like sanding, so I took pics.
First sanding was done with 60 grit. Two consecutive sandings were done with 120 grit and 220 grit. Then a lot of pain relievers.
Cynders was in the middle of all of it.
First Coat of a water based Polyurethane was laid down and left a milky film until dry.
Waiting on the Poly to dry
It's like waiting for paint to dry
